This event, which took place at the O2 Arena, showcased all 20 drivers as they revealed their new liveries for the 2025 season. Verstappen and Horner faced noticeable boos from the audience, predominantly made up of Lewis Hamilton supporters.

In reaction, an FIA representative remarked:

"Historic rivalries in motorsport have played a vital role in enhancing the excitement for fans. However, the foundation of sport at every level is built on a culture of respect."

The FIA underscored that both Verstappen and Horner have made valuable contributions to the sport and urged for a culture of respect as the new season approaches.

Jos Verstappen, Max's father, also voiced his discontent, labeling the booing as "shameful" and asserting that it is unacceptable for those who promote the sport to be subjected to such treatment from the public.
