About the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship:
Established in 1987 by the late Pro Football Hall of Fame coach Bill Walsh, this fellowship aims to increase the number of full-time minority coaches in the NFL. It provides participants with the chance to observe and engage in coaching activities during training camps and offseason programs. The program is open to former NFL players and coaches with experience at the high school, college, or professional levels.
The Rams’ announcement underscores their ongoing efforts to promote diversity within the league and provide aspiring coaches with valuable opportunities to advance their careers.
