Breaking News: Ravens WR Zay Flowers Practicing with ‘No Limits’ in OTAs

In Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers has returned to full practice during the team’s Organized Team Activities (OTAs) with no limitations, following a right knee sprain that sidelined him during the team’s two playoff games in January. The injury, sustained during the regular season finale against Cleveland, did not require surgery, and Flowers confirmed he feels fully recovered and ready for the upcoming season.

Flowers, a 2023 first-round pick by the Ravens out of Boston College, had an impressive 2024 season, leading the Ravens with 74 catches and 1,059 receiving yards. He also hauled in four touchdown passes and became the first Raven to be selected to the Pro Bowl at wide receiver.

Offensive coordinator Todd Monken emphasized the need to increase Flowers’ involvement in the offense, citing his diverse skill set as both an elite outside receiver and playmaker with the ball. Over his first two seasons, Flowers has amassed 151 catches, 1,917 yards, and nine touchdowns. The Ravens are optimistic about his continued development and impact in the 2025 season.

With Flowers back at full strength, the Ravens are poised to enhance their passing game and make a strong push in the upcoming season.
