BREAKING NEWS: Brewers’ Quinn Priester Wins Fourth Consecutive Start, Outduels Cardinals in 5–2 Victory

In a stellar performance that solidified his rising-star status, Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Quinn Priester notched his fourth consecutive win, leading the Brewers to a 5–2 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals on Sunday afternoon at American Family Field.

Priester, who was acquired by the Brewers in an off-season trade from Pittsburgh, dazzled over seven innings, allowing just one earned run on five hits while striking out eight. His ability to work the corners and mix speeds kept Cardinals hitters off balance all game long.

“It’s all about rhythm and execution,” Priester said postgame. “I feel like I’m getting into a groove, and the defense behind me has been unbelievable.”

“Stan the Man is forever a Cardinal,” said manager Oliver Marmol. “His presence still guides us, especially on days like this.”

With the win, Milwaukee improves to 39–30 on the season, tightening the NL Central race, while St. Louis slips to 36–33.
