Everton goalkeeper and England international Jordan Pickford has shared a heartfelt confession about his relationship with his long-time partner, Megan Davison, revealing how their love story grew stronger over time.
Speaking about the early days of their relationship, the Everton F.C. star admitted that when they first met, romance was not exactly at the top of his priorities.
“When I first met Megan, I’ll admit she wasn’t what I expected,” Pickford said with a smile. “My mind was fully on football and I wasn’t really looking for anything else at that time.”

“But Megan was different,” he continued. “She had this spark about her. She was confident, full of energy, and she wasn’t afraid to speak her mind. That really stood out to me.”

“At the time I wasn’t sure how things would go,” he explained. “But the more I got to know her, the more I realized how amazing she is. She’s been my biggest supporter through everything — the good moments and the tough ones.”
The England goalkeeper went on to say that today he feels incredibly grateful to have Megan by his side.
“Now I honestly can’t imagine life without her. She’s my best friend, my partner, and the person who keeps me grounded. I’m lucky every single day.”
