In a touching and heartfelt revelation, Penrith Panthers star winger Brian To’o has shared a deeply personal confession about the woman who has become one of the most important people in his life — his partner, Moesha Crichton-Ropati.
Speaking openly about their relationship, the explosive NRL star admitted that when they first met, romance wasn’t even on his radar.
“When I first met Moesha Crichton-Ropati, I’ll admit she wasn’t what I expected. My mind was fully on footy and I wasn’t looking for anything else,” To’o revealed.
At the time, his focus was entirely on his career with the Penrith Panthers and becoming the best player he could be. But meeting Moesha slowly began to change that mindset.
“But Moesha… she was different. She had this spark about her. She was confident, full of energy, and wasn’t afraid to speak her mind.”
According to To’o, it was her authenticity and vibrant personality that gradually drew him in. What started as simple conversations soon turned into a deeper connection.
“At the time, I wasn’t sure how things would go, but the more I got to know her, the more I realized how special she is.”
Now, the Panthers fan-favorite says Moesha plays a huge role in his life both on and off the field.
“Now she’s my biggest supporter. She keeps me grounded and reminds me that there’s more to life than just footy. She’s been there through everything, and I’m grateful for her every single day.”
The emotional confession has quickly resonated with fans, who admire the softer side of the powerhouse winger known for his fearless style of play and energetic celebrations.
For To’o, the journey from focusing solely on football to building a strong and loving relationship has been one of the happiest chapters of his life — proving that sometimes the most unexpected connections turn out to be the most meaningful.
As supporters of the Penrith Panthers continue to cheer him on every weekend, it’s clear that behind the tries and big moments is a man deeply thankful for the partner who stands beside him.
