Kalyn Ponga has barely stepped off the plane, but the Newcastle Knights captain is already setting the tone for the season ahead. Touching down just minutes ago after the club’s final pre-season commitments, Ponga delivered a confident verdict on where the Knights are at — calling the current campaign preparation the best he has experienced since arriving in Newcastle.
