TRIBUTE CAST IN BRONZE: Indiana Pacers to Unveil Tyrese Haliburton Statue at Gainbridge Fieldhouse Honoring His Leadership and Legacy……

Indianapolis, IN — In a moment of profound celebration and gratitude, the Indiana Pacers have announced plans to unveil a statue of star guard Tyrese Haliburton outside Gainbridge Fieldhouse this fall. Titled “Tribute Cast in Bronze,” the monument will stand as a permanent testament to Haliburton’s exceptional leadership, on-court brilliance, and enduring impact on the franchise and city.

Team owner Herb Simon said in a statement:

> “Tyrese exemplifies what it means to be a Pacer: selfless leadership, unrelenting work ethic, and genuine love for our community. This statue ensures generations will know the story of a player who changed our team’s history.”

Haliburton, a multi-time NBA All-Star and fan favorite, is credited with revitalizing the Pacers in the early 2020s with his elite playmaking, charismatic leadership, and commitment to building a winning culture in Indiana. Beyond his stats, he became the emotional center of the team, leading them back to the playoffs and earning respect as one of the game’s smartest and most unselfish point guards.

The statue, crafted by renowned sculptor Julie Rotblatt-Amrany, will depict Haliburton in his signature passing stance, eyes up, ready to find an open teammate—a nod to his court vision and selfless style.

Pacers President Kevin Pritchard added:

> “We didn’t just get a star when we traded for Tyrese. We got a leader who made everyone better. This statue is our way of saying thank you for making the Pacers matter again.”

The unveiling ceremony is scheduled for October 15, with fans, teammates, and NBA dignitaries expected to attend. Haliburton himself responded to the news with characteristic humility:

> “It’s surreal. I’m honored and grateful to the Pacers organization, my teammates, and the fans who believed in me. This is for Indiana.”

As the Pacers look to build on their resurgence, the statue will stand as a lasting symbol of the bond between a franchise and its star—a legacy forged not just in points and assists, but in leadership, loyalty, and heart.
